Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Personalized & Customized Products

At Uniqo, we take pride in creating products specifically for you. Personalized products (such as customized phone covers) are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, as these items are manufactured based on your specific requirements.

2. Standard Products (Non-Customized)

For standard, non-customized products (e.g., Wall Clocks), we offer a 7-day return policy ONLY if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund for damaged goods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders for standard products can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has started.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
